What is a discharge voucher?

A discharge voucher is document that discharges the Insurer from any future liability in respect of a claim. The claimant is required to complete it to confirm his acceptance of the claim offer.

You qualify for free tracking only if the value of your vehicle is N4,000,000.00 and above.

Excess is the amount which an Insured bears on every claim, Its purpose is to prevent trivial claims . Excess may be fixed sum or a percentage of claim or sum Insured.

How do I cancel my policy?

Before cancelling your policy, we encourage you to speak with an agent to review your situation and determine if there are any other options we can offer you.

If the policy must be cancelled, the agent will be able to process your request. Alternatively, you may also request the cancellation of your policy by sending us a request in writing by mail or email.
